With a newly appointed restaurant chef, Cody Leonard
, and brand new dinner menu, our Zagat named Must-Visit Old-School Steakhouse has been reimagined to offer a refreshing new dining experience. Famous for the iconic first date spot of LBJ and Lady Bird, The Driskill Grill blends the refined setting with a hyperlocal Texas menu. Boasting one of the only in-house dry-aging rooms in Austin, the menu features an impressive selection of dry-aged and hand cut steaks. Savor innovative starters, decadent sides, or go for a classic with our local wagyu beef burger, paired with a whiskey cocktail or a selection from our Wine Spectator-awarded list.
Known as a hot destination for foodies, the city celebrates Austin Restaurant Weeks, August 15 – 31, 2019. Hosted by the Central Texas Food Bank, this annual event is a delicious opportunity to experience the culinary talent at Austin’s best restaurants and help fight hunger in Central Texas at the same time. During this time in place of our standard menu, The Driskill Grill is proud to participate by offering two custom menus curated especially for Austin Restaurant Weeks.
